if you're referring to the tren spring cavity cover, there's a post in here that gives the dimensions of a Spectrum backplate should you want to make one. They do differ from the standard Fender one....

Its the cover where you can see the back of the jack and pickup knobs

Oh, rightio... the control cavity cover! If no-one's got one spare to pass on, I'll take the back off mine and do the measurements for you.
