It could be one of the 60s/70s Italian Westones, I suppose?

I like the slim body. The neck not so much.

What is interesting is the positioning of the F holes. The top is opposite the bridge pup. That's where the Westone Rainbows and Aria Pro II TA series F holes are seen. MIK versions are higher up.

And they seem to have the same shape as the Rainbow I version I on the web site. Not definitive but...?

As for the rest?
