who knows "Guya"?
i'm looking at a swap for a "Guya" les paul. it' looks good.....albeit roadworn..... i just don't know anything about 'em. it has a set neck, clownburst birdseye top.......the guy says it's a "lawsuit model..."matsumoku, japan.....77-78"....it actually says "les paul model" on the head........
(my trade bait is a 82 fender princeton reverb II...btw)
any guya experts in da house?

Not much known about them, I searched Matsumoku.org and didn't see anything (and they're the Matsumoku experts). I'd pass, you'll always have a buyer for that amp.
