Re: Raider -1983 (CAN)
This was one of the more colorfull raiders available but is oozing with that 80's vibe for certain. I have one of this same model but in red/black and this one has excessive power packed into that one pup and is a great palyer and very light as well so it can be played and enjoyed on those long sets with no problems.

This is located just north of Montreal.
I'm sure Frenchy would be happy to help out if you axe him.

Re: Raider -1983 (CAN)
Unless he's moved, Pierre lives in Sainte Genevieve, just outside of Montreal (Pointe-Claire area), so I naturally thought of him as being somewhat closer than the addict from Richmond Hill, Ontario
And maybe to Montrealers, Boucherville is on the "south" shore, but on my map it's North East and up the St.Lawrence River.
In any event, it's great of you to offer to help out poor old Corsair. Johnny does love his pointies, eh?

Re: Raider -1983 (CAN)
Hey thanks, guys but it's not going to happen, eh! Special props to the blokes who are offering pick up options and especially to Don who offered to basically fund it - you all rock way hard!!
Aside from the fact that this close to Xmas a purchase like this would be an extravagance I simply cannot justify and we're saving money for traveling - oh, yes dear people; we ain't done yet! - I realised not long ago that I don't play the ones I've got which irks me no end; they just sit there. Which is one of my bugbears; the guitar was meant to be played, not sit around being looked at, so I have made a number of decisions;
1. No more guitars. Ever.
2. If I don't start playing the ones I've got; most will go, too! Harsh..!
3. All of the Westone stuff I've got here - bridges and knobs etc.- has got to go. It just encourages me to look at basket cases!!
Now you guys may think I can't do this; believe when I say I can; I given up smoking, given up coffee and am about to have another major life change forced upon me so rationalising my rather meagre collection is a no-brainer!!
So, wish me luck in finding my muse again...

I am consciously gonna watch your posts and the next time I see a "New project - just couldn't resist" from you, I am gonna rub your face in it.
You might be able to give up coffee and nicotine, but I seriously doubt you can cope without guitars.
I do remember a couple of years ago that you threatened to stop and it just didn't happen!
Hoax

John -
After finding two stunners back to back, may all my luck find you!
Now get your muse back! That's an order.
