Possible Electra Phoenix / Westone Spectrum one-off?

Howdy gents. A fellow member over at the Electra Forums snagged a mysterious Spectrum with a gorgeous neck and I thought you boys who do not frequent that site might like a gander.

Opinions are solicited and appreciated.

Not sure if it is a one off - to me it looks like a refinish, and maybe a new neck?

I suspect you are correct Sarc, but whoever did it appears to know their stuff as that headstock is very close and the opposite end is quite authentic looking as well.

Spectrum LX with neck copied I'dd say. No serial + no name + non-original Gotoh tuners on the neck and like Gittarasaurus says + the back of the neck where the headstock starts seems flatter. Still very nice work and very close! And nice flamed Maple!

Flamed, figured and even birdseye Maple was sometimes used on typically 'Concord' necks but Concords had a different shaped headstock, (allthough not on a transition model like the Concord-ST but I haven't seen that many. Let alone the back of the headstock. One for sale in France now. It's a predecessor of the Spectrum-ST, painted neck with Concord written on it instead of Spectrum.)
