Those are all the same guy that bought the blue x390 off midhilis.
The one thing that gets me is he never describes the actual guitar in question and I can't be bothered to contact him. Because it's a load of bollax at those prices.

Yeah - I know - ridiculous prices, and OTT descriptions.. Everything he put up for sale or swaps, is "ULTRA RARE" or "SUPER RARE".. Bless!

Handmade? I thought these were some of the first guitars cut out with a CNC router. I thought that was part of the deal - that Matsumoku had the CNC equipment so Presley could put this crazy 3 dimensional shape into production.
Am I mistaken?

Well, someone has to use their hands to put it in the machine and hit the button to start it

I think CNCs in the 80s would have cut the basic shape routinely but couldnt have done the carving required for the more exotic Panteras. Am I wrong Steve?
All guitars are hand made to some extent arent they so poetic license taken to an extreme here.
Whatever, the guy/gal is a trader and chancing the price, its capitalism.

Not mistaken in the least. If you read some of the reviews printed back in that day Matsumoku did make a point of including the fact that while some of the manufacturing was via automation approximately 60% of the total labor was still done by hand.
Semi-handmade would be more accurate and truthful, but something tells me this flipper in not interested in such things.
Now if he was hawking a Daion I would be more likely to cut him some slack.
