The Beasties were a huge influence on me and my buddies in high school, i used to listen to them every day. They continued to make great music and be progressive in the hip hop scene throughout their existence, i still love to jam some Beasties. Adam was my favorite, i was totally saddened to hear of his passing. They will always be a part of my life, RIP MCA, we'll miss you.

License To Ill was one of the first cassette tapes I'd ever bought as a kid. Knew Paul Revere by heart!!! "Now here's a little story, I go to tell..."
They influenced me to be the prolific white rapper that I am today.
I'm not really a rapper.

saw this today on MCA's will

"Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, in no event may my image or name or any music or any artistic property created by me be used for advertising purposes."
probably the only way to guard a legacy these days
