Well if you look at the headstock it reads Spectrum Series II, so I assume it's a Spectrum Series II. Couldn't tell you which version though, since I'm no expert and none of the pictures on Westone.info have that knob/switch layout, but the SP3112 fits the description (two knobs, three switches, 22 frets).
