Bendmaster Deluxe ... Empty Bendmaster Deluxe ...

Post by corsair Thu Oct 09, 2008 4:50 pm

Hi troops - this is just an advisory to anyone taking a Bendmaster Deluxe to bits; the saddles are all at specific heights to allow for the curve of the fretboard, so make sure that you mark 'em as such! I'm in the process of whipping another Clipper to bits and this time actually took pix and had a close look at the saddles from front on and just like Pointyaxes from David's site told me a years or two ago, they do indeed curve with the fretboard!
Pointyaxes, if you're in here and even if you're not, you're a bloody legend, mate!! Very Happy
Anyway, I'll take some pix and post 'em anon...

Bendmaster Deluxe ... Empty Re: Bendmaster Deluxe ...

Because the saddles are not individually adjustable for height on a Bendmaster Deluxe (just like a real Floyd Rose), the radius is built-in to the saddles.

The standard Bendmaster has saddles that are individually adjustable for height like a vintage Fender style tremolo.
