Thunder 2 bass : A frenchie needs help

Hello Guys,

My name is David, i'm 30 years old, and i have a thunder 2 bass walnut, that my daddy bought nearly twenty years ago.

I don't really know this model and i'd like to have some advice.

- What type a sound she offers ? type of music especially ? rock blues metal reaggae funk ...

- I don't find any topics or post about this bass on the forum, essentially on thunder 1a ou III, Is there a reason ? Thunder II is low appreciated ?

- Can you tell me quality and default of the bass ? (she is heavy LOL)

There is one thing i'm sur, i'm in love with her.

Use the search function in the technical and members westones forums. Use the phrase thunder II (not thunder 2) and you should see a number of returns. You would them have your best luck sending those members who are posting about basses a pm with specific questions.

Topic and reply are quite technical, and there is no information about Thunder II bass model and opinion.

Not disturbing at all. Another tack would be to look thru some of the posts in the "members westone" forum and find active members who play bass. Sending them pm's may be more fruitful. Folks here are a pretty chatty bunch and do enjoy sharing experiences. You might also pm the admin (Corsair) and ask for suggestions on who to check with. I am a fairly new member myself and don't know who all plays what as much as he would.

Again David, welcome. Hope to hear from you often and would love to see a picture of your bass.
