pickup rings...
Has anyone seen a replacement humbucker pickup ring for the 3 adjustment hole rings found on Matsumokus?? The one on my Spectrum II is broken and while fixable, I'd rather replace it with a nice new one!!

Re: pickup rings...
This is for the Korean SP2? Its just that all my Mats have two holes for height adjustment.
How about these :

I'm sure I've seen them on Ibanez guitars as well.

Re: pickup rings...
Rats!! I bought the 2 off eBay which were exactly the right size, but they have angled bottoms, not flat as I require!! If anyone needs something like these, let me know and I'll pass 'em on for the cost of postage....
They are 88mm x 38 mm and a matched set; 1 x bridge ring, and 1 x neck ring, with countersunk holes for the pick up adjustment screws...
The ones on the repro part site are all too small; shame; I guess I'll just have to fix the broken bugger !!

John
Do you mean that they are for an arched guitar like a Les Paul?
Why don't you flatten the bottom edge by rubbing over a block of coarse sand paper?

Re: pickup rings...
Then I'd end up with very low rings which'd look a bit silly; believe me, I've thought about it, eh!! It won't take much to repair the busted one; a bit of panelbeaters polyester filler, a sharp drill and a lick of paint... it was just that the rings on ebay were £1.88 and if that would've saved me the effort of repair, then "th' job's a good 'un!!"

Re: pickup rings...
You could, and its only a suggestion, either explore the Ibanez comment I made or buy 2 hole rings, fill one hole with plastic filler, and drill two more holes either side.

Re: pickup rings...
Thank you for that link!!
I´ve been searching the net for ages for such replacement pup rings for one of my Daions-which i suspect will be correct.
Some schmuck has drilled holes in the neck ring on one of them to take a "regular" pup and it is the only flaw to an otherwise more or less imaculate guitar.
