c'mon are these really the holy grail of Westone, only 48 made????..... I've seen around 5 floating around these forums since I joined 8 months ago are they really so rare? I have been on the trail for a 1984 apple red Thunder 1 bass for ages and haven't had so much as a sniff yet!! now they are rare!

It might be that people with X350MA's are noticing that, hey, these are selling for a lot of money! I don't use this guitar much so I can sell it and catch up on some bills! You'll also notice that most of them now are quoting Tom Presley's post in here about how few there are. That red Thunder you want will sell for a fraction of the price of an X350MA, so the owners might not care as much to sell.

Went for £566.99, went up by about 300 in last 3 mins. Ah well not mine.
