No German Westones anymore?! Empty No German Westones anymore?!

I'm really a nube concerning economic law, but the German Westone homepage isn't there anymore and THIS SITE, that seems to be a register for brand names, states that the westone brand, wich had been protected since 8.1.92 is no longer protected and deleted (since 30.1.12). I'm curious where/when and if there will be "new Westone guitars".

According to the homepage of the German Patent and Trade Mark Office it's something arround 300 EUR for the first 10 years, and about 750 EUR for every additional 10 years...SOURCE

It seems to be recommended to engage a brand lawyer. I guess that would be the most expensive part...

All in all I'm surprised that a brand seems to be that cheap.
