Hey Polly
Long time no chat.
We might have to reconsider referring to YOU as the Pulverizer as I think the fellow who did in my Prestige that's up for auction...might have to hold the title.
I'd been planning to give it a go and fill the routes/holes with wood/filler of some sort...but it's not left my work bench for over a year. Should make for some good conversation.

Sorry, British humour relies on irony & sarcasm; what I think we we're all upset about is that someone has wrecked one of the best Westones.
The Prestige range were truthfully "Les Paul Beaters" which means that this guitar, before it was damaged, was truly a beautiful instrument on a par with the best that Gibson and Fender produced. It's been vandalised and has lost most if not all of it's value as a result. That's why we are upset.
Maybe someone will take it on as a brave restoration. My own view is that it's probably worth more for spares than as a repair project.
