X300 Pantera project from eBay

Hi all,
I bought the X330 that has been on eBay for awhile to restore. The body looks pretty good. The neck looks
very dirty, but I've been assured by the seller that the neck is
straight and the frets are good. we'll see. She'll take a return minus
shipping. The $135 includes shipping from Calf to Mass. USA, at least
$35. So the guitar is around $100.
I have a Bendmaster Deluxe and locking nut off a former 1988 Spectrum
auction that had fret issues cause by a former owner not knowing how to
fix fret buzz properly. I'll gut the electronics and use new parts and
PUP's.
So for $100 I'll try to resuscitate this baby. If the neck sucks, I
have a guy on eBay I do business with that will sell me a Mighty Mite
Jackson style neck with a fret dress and nut lock for around $150.

I owe most of you take have ever looked at my posts, pics of my Westone collection. After the restore, will oblige.

XA1220 Spectrum Wine Stain GFS FAT PAT Zebra set (surprisingly good set of PUP's)

XA1440 Corsair Black/w/white binding- Dimarzio Tone Zone/HS3/Air Norton
rewired mini switches to pick series/parallel and added PRS 5 pos
rotary switch. Removed mid shape circuitry to make room for new switch.
I hate seperate on off switches for PUP's.

X275 Pantera Cherry Burst- Dimarzio Norton/Cruiser Neck/Chopper
replaced volume pot with Dual pot wired for volume and tone, added 2
mini switches to change bridge and neck PUP's from series/parallel.

X1630 Genesis II Brite Metallic Shark- Dimarzio PAF Pro/Area58/Area67 Stock pots

XA300 Pantera Metallic Cherry Red to be restored TBD!!

All Bendmaster trems have a Kahler Trem stabilizer, (spring loaded
tensioner pushing against the trem block) to add trem use tuning
stability. The tension is set to not allow pulling sharp. I don't play
this way. Dive bombing using this add on is very stable.

I will take a group photo and post it along with pic's of the Kahler trem stabilizer.

Nice grab. Hey found THIS in Arnold, MO. Unknown if he will ship or if it is an X300. May be worth a try at $40.

The color is suspicious, did Westone make a Pantera that color? Not that I can think of, but thinking isn't my specialty :>)

It was probably a repaint, ask for some pictures.
