Bushing for Bendmaster? Empty Bushing for Bendmaster?

I've having difficulty finding a suitable nylon bushing for the arm assembly for my Spectrum LX as it was not on the guitar when I bought it. I've tried a few things, (wire shrinkwrap works pretty good for a while) but I need a permanent solution as I tend to keep it pretty tight and am concerned about breaking it.

Can anyone point to a good replacement source?
