Thunder 1 versus 1A?
Excuse my ignorance, but what is the difference between a Thunder 1 and a Thunder 1A? I couldn't find this explained on the website. I assumed a Thunder 1 was an early model (1981-ish), but I've seen a 1984 one advertised.

Re: Thunder 1 versus 1A?
Thunder I is a passive circuit(normal type guitar)
Thunder IA is active ie. has battery to power the circuit when switched on.
There are 2 active circuits types.
The early ones have a active gain control(the better one)
Later ones are active EQ ie. treble/bass boost.
