Lost Another One...
The miserable thing about living to a *ahem* certain age is that you witness the loss of your contemporaries.
I just learned of the passing of Nokie Edwards, lead guitar for the Ventures who died March 12. For those who grew up in their era, that twangy, surf sound was all over the radio. Hit after hit.
I remember having several of their LP's (ask your grandpa about those kids) and looking at those "goofy" Mosrite guitars on the cover. I wondered how anyone could hold on to them much less play them. But play them they did.
RIP Nokie.

This guitar has a great neck and sounds/plays really good!
Talking played clean through a decent amp.
Excellent P90's in there. 43 mm at the nut.
