Selling my Spectrum FX

I am offering my Spectrum FX for sale.  I plan to list it on eBay also as soon as I take some current pictures.  I purchased it new in the 80's and have only lightly used it.  I live in the Atlanta, GA, USA area.

Since this is a Westone forum I will not describe all of the virtues of the Spectrum FX.

The guitar's finish has aged to a pale yellow color.  It is a beautiful guitar but it is not perfect:  The finish has developed a couple of cracks with age, shown best in the 2nd picture below, at the left side of the pickups and center below the bridge.  Some of the black paint on the bridge has flaked off.  One of the locking screws at the nut is missing.  Other than that there are no other issues or missing parts that I am aware of, and the switches, electronics, and tremolo are fully functional.  The current pictures do not show the tremolo bar but it is included with the guitar.

The original case is also included.  It is not Westone branded but it was packaged with the guitar at purchase and looks exactly like the Westone branded cases I've seen online.  A strap is also included.

The guitar presently has a DiMarzio DP100 bridge pickup.  I will replace it with the original Westone bridge pickup before selling, or will include the DP100 at a reasonable price.

Asking price is US$400.  I did not find any that have sold recently so I'm not sure if that's a fair market price.  It seems cheap for such a quality guitar.  No hurry to sell and I'll adjust the price as needed to eventually sell it.  We are downsizing and I do not use the guitar enough to justify keeping it.

i have a white one too. the serial number puts it a month after yours. 
but it has a bendmaster deluxe and a tilted headstock.

is your headstock flat or is it tilted back?
is the string lock original issue?

Very nice indeed. I am just down the road in Tifton, Ga. That's a gem for certain. Bet it plays great.

Always the wrong country

Noticed a lot of '86 Mats suffer from lacquer cracks on the front.

Interesting, Damian.  Didn't realize that. 

Would love a white FX one day.

I know it's a nothing feature in the great scheme of things, but I do like  that you can see the white sides of the headstock with the black face. 
My white ST could benefit from a neck refinish,  might just go with white....

Sarge, that's what gets me too, the white on the back.  Just very cool.
