Spectrum Guitar Strings
Does anyone know what gauge of strings Spectrum Guitars were originally shipped with? I'm currently using Roto Pinks(9-42) which are very light and require the spring bracket to be screwed out a long way. Everything still works fine the trem is balanced and the guitar stays in tune. But I would still like to know what was fitted originally. I'm considering going back to heavier strings the next time I restring it.
Thanks,
B

Re: Spectrum Guitar Strings
I've used 9's on mine for as long as I can remember.
These are F scale guitars so they work well. No law against using 10's though if you prefer something "stiffer".
