new les an family member..
Just a quick hello folks,
I'm meant to be working but have unexpected time off so thought i post a pic or two of my new family member an a nice more expensive but worth it guitar i bought..
Here is our newest family member..
5 month old Zak ..
He's into guitars an chasing anything that moves, blows or just happens to be in his line of sight..
He was going to be called Justine after Justine Bieber as he produces about the same amount of crap but decided he would have a harder time growing up in this household without adding to his problems...
Well finally got myself the Les Paul i was after though paid £250:00 for it off ebay with hardcase included....
Well worth the £50:00 over my set budget though an even more so since the Classic 50's AxesRus pickups were installed...
Must Thank Duofuzz or my lil bro Dan for setting her up an doing the work as been stuck working with about 5 hours off the whole of Christmas an New Year...
She plays an sounds fantastic and not going anywhere...
If anyone is after decent paf type pickups try these Deluxe classic 50's out there really good an at about £60:00 for the set with nickel covers there priced very well...
Think there better than my Seymour Duncan 59's which i have a few of as my number 1 option for pickup change choices..
Still have a few more guitars to sort out an parts to get for other ones but thought i post as nearly died after finding out that i might have a guitar collecting habit with this making number 51 !!!!
Thanks for looking Steve ( G.A.S.man)

51?! Oh man, you need to take photos of all them. We need group shots. Maybe in lots of 10.
Great looking flame on that one, wowwy.
Hopefully Zak doesn't develop a taste for wood. Like alder, mahogany, flame maple...

Must show this to Mrs Meadows.....it won't help but it might stop her putting guitars under the covers on my side of the bed
Lovely guitar by the way, have been looking for an SG with P90's and have seen a couple of decent Ephiphones covering that base....Enjoy

Thanks for that. Makes my 31 look tame by comparison!

I know that you like the pickups, but I didn't happen to see where you got them.
Beauty guitar. I wish I could pick up something like that for $250 CDN.
