Dimension IV for Sale

Good evening all.
 
I am looking to sell my red Dimension IV with case (pictures attached) which I bought in 1985.  It pains me to part with it, but I am buying my daughter a new electric/acoustic and need the $ (I offered her the Dimension but she shockingly declined J).
 
There are minor scrapes on some of the points, I unfortunately do not have the tremolo locks, and the volume knobs are not original.  Besides that it is in great shape and still sounds great.  I’m going to offer it as a trade-in to the shop I’m buying acoustic guitar from, but I’m expecting to get low-balled.  Haven’t posted it anywhere yet, but thinking $300.  Does that sound reasonable?

Sorry to be blatantly breaking rule #4, but in poking around this forum it appears that you guys are probably the most honest assessment I can get, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

I can supply you with the locking clamps if you need, to sell it on complete. pm me if you want some

$300 with case may work, not unreasonable.  May not sell right away at that price but you'll probably sell it.

Finally, a red one.. first release too - made in 1984!
Just like cars coming out in July and said to be the next years' models

Iceman, actually only 4 D-4's right now plus a "Terminator" (far left in avatar - same body shape different headstock and MIK - but there are some made with Matsumoku parts) I just love the Star shaped Pointies.. 

According to Tom, there are 3 body styles of D-4's...and 4 colors, then that means there are 12 models of D-4's in this series.  hmmmm... All I have is a set...8 more to go plus the Basses too..

Nnnaaahhh..! Too much for me. I'm very content....(for now  )
