Left Hand Concord III 1984 Onyx
This lovely leftie has spent another few days at its intended target in a bid to make him see sense, to no avail.
Soooo......who wants it? and what RIGHT HAND Westone are you offering?
personally I would like an X300 ( I know I know )
Concord III 82 ish Blue
Paduak
Thunder II bass
Concord II bass, THAT red one
Thunder 1A active gain ash 6
or cold hard cash offers
just throwing it out there to see if my tiddler gets a bite
It does have a few dinks on the edges, these have been painted in with a very close match glitter nail varnish, sanded back and polished, not perfect by any means, but are respectable. I'll even throw in the varnish bottle
the G saddle needs replacing as the string height grub screw hole is stripped, there is a nut on the screw below the saddle so height can still be adjusted, this is solid enough but a new set of saddles would be best, they are gold coloured, not brass.
A couple light dinks on the front elbow contour but nothing untoward, hard to show on camera
And replacement tophat knobs, left handed, 2 of the three originals were missing so the whole set replaced, cunningly it still looks like a Concord
new string trees added, but are too high, need a little more filing or a better sized pair needed...
thats about it really.

I am aware most lefties wont have a rightie guitar going spare, so its most likely an Ebay affair

Re: Left Hand Concord III 1984 Onyx
You certain you are asking for only an x300 in return, Sarge?...
They are rather run of the mill from an availability POV in comparison to that Concord.

Well Ice, a RH x300 is much more use to me than a LH Concord III, and aren't they roughly the same value?

Re: Left Hand Concord III 1984 Onyx
I suppose you've got a point there, but I see them on Craigslist at around $250 - $300 frequently, and a Concord III has to be a less seen model than an x300.
Given the limited audience it might appeal to though it does even things out I guess.

Re: Left Hand Concord III 1984 Onyx
I'd say this model Concord has to be rarer than a X300 and being a left hooker even more so.
