Two New Topic Icons

I've added two new topic icons:

Now, when a member wants to offer an instrument to the forum membership in advance of eBay or other listing, he can flag the topic title with the For Sale icon so it's more obviously an internal sale. Subsequently, when sold, the icon can be replaced with the Sold icon just to clarify the status.

Hopefully, this will avoid late comers to the original post asking if the item is still for sale, and getting no response. The only request is that this be used for member to member offerings only, and not on the general For Sale items listed on external sites.
