Sell it to that Irish guy, watch for it appearing on eBay 10 minutes later listed as 'ultra hyper exclusive rare only 0.000001 ever made, hardware forged by orcs in the furnaces of Mount Doom', with a 1000% markup.

@ Westcoaster: Yeah - hadn't thought of that! Everything's so ultra rare with that guy.. hahaha
@ Iceman: Wasn't having a go, mate! Just an observation that 'generally' the prices on ebay are a lot higher for US based Westones than here in the UK..

No worries, Bob. Your observation is accurate and I'm not really certain why. The economy is poor in both places but I did not think it was so very much worse over there.

I'd love to see more of the common models found over there over here on a more regular basis... and the prices could come along over as well.

Actually, sell it to someone in Switzerland. The pint of beer over here is generally around 8$ (7 if you're lucky 12 if you ain't). affraid

I think time is actually doing quite a decent job in increasing the value of our westones...

Prices of Westones have actually dropped over here in the last 2 or so.

Thunder 1A's and alike where selling on average around the £150/175 mark a few years ago.

Seen them go in good condition for around the £100/125 mark of recent.

Times are hard and a lot of them have been sold over here so the folks that wanted them have them already.

Even top end Rainbows are going fairly cheap at the moment.

Time to grab a bargain:)

Dynasty's have gone up over here in the States. All the pointies have, actually. Just a year ago there was a excellent condition Raider II that could barely sell for $175! With case! Nowadays it would be in the $300 realm.

Like I'd said before, we have caused our own inflation over here in the States. This forum and corresponding websites have been fuel for the inflation machine. Would make an interesting economics class study...
