Aria STG Series
Hi Fellas
Can someone on here tell me anything about this guitar? It is a Aria STG in candy red.
Well, hope it is ok as I have bought it along with a Marshall amp - Ritter gig bag with tags attached & lead. All for the princely sum of £51.99. Now was I robbed or did perform a highway robbery?
Here is a picture, which I did not take. Not picked it up yet but will do shortly.

Re: Aria STG Series
Can't say if you're a victim of robbery or not but from my understanding I believe this series was/is Korean, not Mats made (and not Westone either )
These are approximately in the Fender Squier class as far as fit/finish/playability, etc. Both good and bad.
I'm not a big devotee of Strats but I understand that if you're keen on the Aria brand you should look for the Fullerton models (George Fullerton of G&L fame). These do have an excellent rep.

You weren't robbed but you did not get a steal. The Aria Strat is the staple offering of Cash Converters and Cash Generators at around the £40 to £70 mark. The fact that you got the amp and other goodies, fine.
It is on a par with the Westone Mocking Bird you found last week.
Hope I have not dashed your hopes on the rocks of despair!!
