New year resolution

So, last night I went to see local pub band and realised that I can do just as well. My plan for world domination is to actually get the p250 playing live.

Very good. I can hear S.P.E.C.T.R.E. shaking in their boots way over here.

I will come and see you as long as you are not gigging somewhere stupid like Newport Pagnell or Shrewsbury or Pontefract or any God forsaken, carbuncle, experimental living, full of chavs New Town anywhere in UK.

I will not come and see you if you are in another continent, if you don't play the stuff I like, if you have little stickers on your fret board telling you what notes to play, if you don't buy me a pint, if you suddenly, mid song, get all ratty and Diva and start insulting the audience or if you have too many little laughs in the ear of the bass player while you are playing.

Apart from all of that count me in!

A kind and generous offer to be sure, but these days I'm found "performing" at the Guitar store. Usually behind the bench. Without benefit of sidekicks.

Get out there and do it then! I must say that playing live is the best learning environment there is, and if you commit to this thing you'll see some vast improvements in skill level and creativity. And the 250 needs an audience.
