I've the one off the same xa1330 you picked that last trem up on ebay. Dave sent only the retaining plate and the 2 wood screws to attach it to the neck however.

If it's just the normal behind-the-nut string lock, then look for a Kahler type on ebay. The mounting screw holes might not line up, but it will work just fine.
