This is amusing. You can get a period Charvel Model 5 or 6 for half this price - and I'd rather have the Charvel (at least it's neck-thru).

Chad I did just that with the x300 that Colt references above.

It is being sold by a shop in San Diego that is suppose to specialize in all types of vintage equipment. Those people are out of their minds as they admitted to me some more than minor flaws in that pinkie but still feel it is a deal as it sits still today.

Did a few checks of the place on some online customer review sites down there and on a scale of 1 to 10 they rate about a 3 in most of the reviews I read.

I'm staying away from that one.... even if it relisted for a third of its current BIN.
