Iceman, you really must resist the urge to create duplicate threads on the same topic. The issue of the Westone.info site closure and its subsequent reopening, forms the topic of an existing "sticky": LINK

That post already contains this announcement as well as a lot of important background information. I think there may be even another post floating around on the subject as well. As I've said several times now, a lot of people have been working diligently behind the scenes to resolve this miserable mess and make sure that we don't go through this kind of nonsense again.

While I understand and appreciate your happiness and support of the return of Westone.info, it makes it very hard for us to work through the logistics of what happens next and to get accurate messages out to forum members when they see several threads open on the same subject. We thank DreamRaven for making it available again, but there are other important issues at play here too.

For the record:
The fact is that we do not own the westone.info site, and never have, and still don't. That's how we came to "lose" it in the first place. What we're working on is moving the information "in house", that is under our own domain site. That's the one which hosts this forum.
I have been developing an alternative site and you can check the progress here: NEW SITE

Some exciting and positive news on that issue has just surfaced and I'll leave it to John (corsair) to make the "official" announcement when we're settled on the direction we're taking.
