Jet Harris, RIP.

Jet Harris, the original bass player with The Shadows, has died of cancer aged 71.

Thats sad, as much as I love my Blues & Metal I have always had a soft spot for the Shadows.
My old man loved them & just about wore out the first 3 frets from playing Apache on the Thunder1 (my barron).
Some of there songs are quite technical, I would love to be able to dream up just 1 really good instrumental let alone these guys creating albums of good songs.
