"Pre-wired" phase/coil switches (Thunder series active)
Has anyone ever found a source for the ready-made phase/coil-tap dpdt switches that were in the Thunder 1A guitars (and presumably the rest of the Thunder series) or is the solution the usual fiddling about with little jumper wires?

Have you looked at the Westone.info site? The only thing that I remember is the CL4112 diagram, but I think the Thunder diagrams are there.
Re: "Pre-wired" phase/coil switches (Thunder series active)
What I meant, and I was regrettably unclear, was has anyone ever found a supplier of phase reverse switches. Here's a picture of my Thunder 1-A's phase switch:
You can clearly see the printed connections on the baseplate of the switch -- normally it'd be a case of wiring up a familiar "X" shape across the contacts but this switch avoids all that and makes the wiring straightforward.
Any joy anywhere?

No, never seen them elsewhere. Not rocket science though. Get you're arc welder.
Read note 2 below.

You could unsolder the little circuit board and resolder onto a new switch. These are available from Maplins and on ebay.
