21 Fret neck

I'd like to get a new neck for my Dynasty. I'd prefer one with the westone tuners and the a complete lock nut, but if not, I'll deal. Doesn't need to be a dynasty neck ... looks like the Raider necks will work good. Any 21 fret westone neck will most likely work for me .... reply to this thread if you have one please

Why do you need a new neck? Just wondering because I've got a Dynasty too.

Well, when I got my dynasty it was in pieces with a non-original 22 fret neck. That neck has recently come down with a slight case of cracked headstock recently, and I'd like to put a matsumoko neck on it. With a 22 fretter I need to modify the neck pickup ring slightly so that it fits under the end of the fretboard that hangs over past the end of the heel. I'm about to get some fancy new pickup rings, so I'd prefer to not cover them up and file part of them down.

So I guess thats 3 reasons . Shouldn't have to worry about any of em provided that you don' have a non-original replacement neck that has a crack in the headstock and one fret too many.

That stinks! I'd never cracked a headstock, well not yet anyway. Would probably be fun if you did it on purpose. Like Paul Stanley smashing a guitar at the end of a show. I'll keep a look out for a neck for you. Stay tuned to the forum in case somebody finds one for you. The way to go may be finding a beat up dynasty and harvesting the neck.
