I believe he got this one for around $200 from music go round about a year ago and was caspian blue. If it is the same one I almost bought it but it had paint damage. I've dealt with him in the past, nice enough guy. He does a nice job of cosmetic restoring.

On second look I don't believe that is the one I was thinking of. Went fast...who got it?

hm,i've never seen a caspian blue pantera x390 with those strange pickup-switches, all i've seen with them were dull black. perhaps only the body (+ the neck) has been resprayed, as the headstock-logo looks quite original...

btw: this x390cb went quite fast,too: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330476491879

I'm pretty sure this is a X390DBK since it has the 2 switches and the chrome hardware.

Oh...and It's on it's way to my house right now Smile

Ya - I can't wait to get it. I know it isn't as valuable as the CB's, but I'm really looking forward to it.
I haven't seen many of the DBK's for sale - in fact I've seen very little about them outside of the westoneinfo site.
I wish they had the DBK in the catalog, but I just see the CB and PW.

I'm not a big fan of the chrome look, so I think I'll swap the black tuners and bendmaster deluxe from my x300. The seller says the finish is a bit worn but not bad, so at the worst I may go down the path of refinishing it professionally - maybe a different color altogether.

Looks like a DBK - I used to have one. Is the fingerboard ebony or rosewood? My DBK was rosewood.

Not positive, but appears to be rosewood in the pix. Should be here about Monday, I'll see if I can upload some pix then/

I notice the 390 has a much larger back plate for the electronics. Anyone here with a 390 have a picture of the inside? I know this one will not have the same electronics as the original, but wondering why so much room is needed. Can ya tell I can;t wait to get this thing? Smile
