Pickups - Hammer and Super II pickups Empty Hammer and Super II pickups

Have searched and found no data on these.

Can anyone tell me what the Hammer humbuckers and Super II pickups might otherwise be called. 

I'd assumed the Hammer is just a MMK45, but am interested in any and all technical data on them.
