What if a Paduak and Spectrum had a baby?

It's an Electra Phoenix (which became the Spectrum).

That cap looks a lot better on the Spectrum/Phoenix body than the Concord methinks. Not bad at all. Not sure about the maple fretboard, but dunno what I'd use instead.

the old Concord shape suits the 2 tone wood much better IMO
Theres a Paduak1 on ebay right now for £175 start bid, was very tempted, maybe not at that price for a version 1, but the seller has not responded at all...so ho hum.

Only a  ho hum.. 

So what happened to versions 2 through 10 ?
