Concord III SSH

Sadly due to circumstances I am having to thin the herd. Up for sale first is my Concord III SSH from 1984

Below are the details I posted when I first took delivery:

As you will notice, the pups have been changed, the originals could not be traced. They are now:
Neck S/C: Dimarzio True Velvet DP175
Middle S/C: Dimarzio True Velvet DP175S
Bridge H/B: Dimarzio PAF 36th Anniversary DPDP223, all with gold pole pieces

Further changes are a new Wilkinson Bridge and new Gotoh Gold Locking machineheads. I don't know why and the originals were not included. I believe alot of these changes were made around 2009/2010.

She has lived in a case for the last few months, not being used and despite loving the feel of the neck and the body weight and design she has to go.

Condition is not perfect, held to the light the scratch plate has plenty of wear scratches, the trem block cover at the back has about a dozen light marks too.

There are some small indents ( no paint broken ) around the top and bottom edges of the body bulge and a couple next to the bottom strap button and one on the edge of the top horn. Also one tiny scratch right on top of head stock.

Frets are good, action is very low but there is a nick on the 8th fret below the G string.

All in all a great example of the III but I want to be as straight as I can in describing her, any trials very welcome, I live in North Hertfordshire.

I would like to offer her to any interested parties here first and if in a week there have been no takers I will put her on Ebay. Looking for £250 which is what I paid plus carriage at cost and suitable packaging. No hard case I'm afraid.

Hey Damian, no not me, I think it is a guy in Stevenage who used to co own a guitar shop called Machine Head, that's now closed down but can't be totally sure as I have not spoken with him.

He does always seem to have alot of guitars on Gumtree though.
