Well the crate arrived last week.
Here's a few of it's contents.

Ibanez 2020 1968/70.

Plays very well and sounds not bad at all. Pups are similar to P90's

No idea what this model is???anyone! Ibanez it certainly is.
It's from the '60's.

It's stereo/mono. Plays fine. Quality trem with bearings on pivot.
Multi switching. All in all not bad.

When I see those geetars from the 70's wif all the hi-fi knobs and slider switches, I never know if I should play 'em or try and dial in my favourite FM station.  clown

Smile  Smile

Know what you mean. Some of them are a bit err over the top.

That was the time of the Hi Fi explosion, stereo.. What a Face  rockets to the moon etc.

Actually the stereo one is quite straightforward.

Top switch for the 2 bass side pups. bridge/both/neck
Same for the treble side pups.
Can mix both obviously.
The slider for stereo/mono.

FM radio, whats that!.. Shocked  DAB mate. Wi fied to the web. It's the bollox.
Over 20 odd thousand stations, all DAB.

Bought  a Pure Avanti Flow DAB radio, fantastic!...

No DAB here that I'm aware of...but I do listen to streaming internet radio a lot, especially at the shop, where the FM radio signal is throttled by the massive amount of concrete and steel surrounding us. Get the same crappy stations with the same crappy play lists over and over...

The Internet has massive variety and choice, a bit overwhelming at times, but a wonderful musical world we live in eh?

Think we've lived through some of the best times. 60's 70's 80's and so on.
