Korean pointy neck discolouration

I've seen these marks quite a bit on the Korean Spectrum II, S-Series II and Clipper series necks, here's my sp5011

there's more online that I can't find just now, can this be sweat and grime? heat maybe? are they all Korean?

Thats the thickest oil finish I ever saw!
it's a shame though, the dark patch looks stunning up close, almost holographic...my next question would have been ......" how can I get the rest of the neck the same?"

What can you tell me about the light blue Korean with the discoloration. I have one that looks to be exactly like it, not having much luck finding info on the Korean stuff. Trying to figure out when it was made, I picked it up dirt cheap and it's very near mint.

The color reminds me of the old fender seafoam green.

XA1330SBL with the reverse headstock
I can only find one tiny 1/8" scratch on the body (had to look like crazy to find it) and one 1/4" scratch not through finish on the back of the neck. All I need is a trem bar....
