Seen better days this.
Serious damage at the bridge posts. The back strap pin has been hammered into the body!
Count me out, too badly damaged.

That would be a really good refinishing project for someone. Never seen a translucent green prestige - anyone?

I saw this one last night & stuck a small bid on, but I suspect it's going to go for a silly price, regardless of condition...

My favourite bit of the ad, though, was where they say:

"Our premises burnt down at the end of March and this guitar became covered in ash and smoke...The guitar will probably smell a bit smoky for a while" prestige - Prestige 227 3077217049

Yeah, the bridge has moved a lot on the high e side, how much damage has the fire/heat done to the glues etc. particularly for the neck. The binding looks ok though and wouldn't that be the first to suffer?

Can't see any fire damage at all on that.
Just corrosion on the machine heads.

Just too much work needed.

They're nothing like a 'real' Prestige 250/150. Just the shape.

Just noticed that this has been relisted, having been apparently returned to the seller with the following comments:

"The tuners, bridge and frets need replacing. The pickups are beyond practical use, it needs rewiring and there is significant damage to the routed lower bridge pin hole. When received the guitar bridge was locked at an extreme angle and on releasing the string tension and removing the bridge, the lower bridge pin just dropped out revealing deep structural cracks to the cap running between the bridge pickup and bridge cavity."

Probably 'nuff said, really...
