Found another Trans Blue Dimension up for sale

This one has had the pickups and electronics changed out but is still a rare color and also comes with an original case. this one would be a great candidate for restoration or project,

...I hesitated. I want a trans-red or trans-blue Westone someday, and a rare one like a Dimension would be cool.

But with the finish damage, the massive electronics swap-out that it would take to get it back to stock just isn't worth it to me.

Not gonna do it.

Blue pointies belong to our pal DimensionIV addict. I have no interest.

I do have one and wish everyone could own one (and help preserve them..)

I don't want another one (nor can I afford it), but I wish sellers can get over this kind of attitude. These are spectacular (for those interested) but should be available to fellow Canucks as well. Even if I could afford it - I'd like to let some else enjoy one of these.

Correct me if I'm wrong but has Quebec recently ceceded from Canada and become the 51st State. Only asking because .......... Oh never mind, the seller is a grade AAA dick for posting something like that, why wouldn't you sell within your own Country. sounds a bit "scammy" to me.

It does tick-off more people than just the rest of Canada. It's rude, discriminatory, downright offensive and unjustified.
It's not an image that reflects culture and respect nor inspires individuals to get acquainted with the civilized people of our country.
It does raise questions of integrity when an item is listed as "must leave the country", "will not sell within country x".
At a second glance, the condition, modifications and price may be a deterrent, as some folks mentioned. All these factors have an impact on potential buyers regardless of rarity.

I still hope that this one finds a good home either in Canada or elsewhere. This would be a great restoration project for someone with the equipment, knowledge, skills and parts.

I'm glad IanO is slowly considering stepping outside 'the comfort zone' of traditional shapes, as he has with colors

Seller has reduced his price - for those interested - but still not selling/shipping to Canada ... (Sometimes it's not only the price..)

just had another look at this, and the neck needs a shim in the side of the pocket, look closely and you'll see the low E string way off track.

Hard to tell for sure.
Looks to me like the guitar is angled away from the camera somewhat? If it is tracking badly I think a shim would have easily corrected it.
