What kind of bass 3rd run
Thanks for your help!PB-Copy for sure,I got a FENDER Preci,70-72, but the WESTONE doesnt seem heavy to me!
The body of the WESTONE is made of three pieces of wood(I guess...) ,the two bigger parts joining in line of the middle of the neck, nice timber really.I bought it before 1990 together with a DUAL SHOWMAN REVERB and a cabinet with two JBL 120 Speakers (red, manufactured for Fender),great sound for practising and little gigs.
Is there any system concerning the data on the neck-plate?
I hope the hurricane didnt offend you, take care of yourself

Re: What kind of bass 3rd run
Those neck plates were used on loads of guitar from Japan during 60'-70's. There is no dating reference as far as I know.
I'd say yours would be the 70's.
Put some photos up in the members guitars section, that's an interesting guitar.
All the best.
